Hi it seems the adsl connection was changed from under our feet
recently, it went to a dynamic ip which makes me think the entire
network was switched too, had the same problem with windows media but
not as bad. This ISP is well known to have bandwidth problems, in fact
all ISP's are because of the lack of technology understanding
governments who dont understand the internet or even use it ? and lack
of competition in communications.
