Ok after failed attempts at work arounds for the VOD stop time bug which
is causing exceptions near the end of a stream, i found a buffer.flush
event gets fired as soon as the exception happens and the stream
obviouslly stops causing the flush event.
I then close the current stream and restart the playlist file stream
again, its a hack but it has to do :)
