Just like you set the ANT_HOME and JAVA_HOME you set the CLASSPATH variable.

here is an example that puts Ant's lib folder in the path and Java's lib
in the path:
CLASSPATH=$ANT_HOME/lib:$JAVA_HOME/lib
export CLASSPATH

The errors you are having are specific to Red5? You need to track down
the class file for the "engine" class and figure out why it can't rind
the createNamespace() method. I have not been following Red5 that
closely to give any pointers on those errors.
