Hi,

I've had a great struggle trying to figure out how to create a new red5
application. I've therefore written a small tutorial. Though it is still a
work in progress as I try and sort out some errors in the next few weeks,
you may have a preview of a tutorial that addresses the following:

1. How to create a new application.
2. How to get resources from the scope eg an xml file.
3. how to create and use transient and persistent shared objects (I'm having
problems here and so this is still a work in progress and unstable)
4. How to create application handlers.
5. How to create a scheduled job.
6. Logging.

The tutorial is based upon Joachim's Migration guide and John Grden's flex2
apps.

The tutorial should give new users a good insight into the structure of
red5. I would be very grateful for any comments and errors so I don't
mislead any new users unintentionally ;-) I hope this can help other new
users dig into red5 much faster and much deeper.

Once this demo is stable, I'll try to do the same samples in python, ruby
and groovy.
