I think that I didn't have to call .publish(false) but to be honest I don't 
remember it anymore... because I've uninstalled FMS2 some time ago. But in the 
FMS CS AS Dictionary I've found that:

NetStream.Publish.BadName Error The client tried to publish a stream that is 
already being published by someone else.
