Hello Muthu,
I have added your code and it is showing NetConnection Failed in the Output
panel. Can you pls suggest how I am going to connect my Flash file with
Red5. I have red5-0.6rc1installed and running in my PC.

Because rtmp protocol is implemented in red5 ... that makes you to
publish the streams....
in simplerecorder.fla after the connection is made... via
nc.connect("rtmp://localhost/oflaDemo");
include the below lines....
nc.onStatus = function(info) {
trace("Level: "+info.level+" Code: "+info.code);
};
it will display the status of your netconnection.....
