google video can seek, ive actually been trying to mimick its scrub bar 
which seems to pause the video first when clicking the thumb then 
unpaused when its unlifted and the scrub bar moved.

Oddly enough though its http ! They just spit out the video from the 
server in a protected area with their key protected script
