Hi Jean-Phillippe,
Red5 comes with plenty of java/flash samples created with flash,
check your red5 installation folder. There is no difference between
Red5 on mac osx or windows because it's a java application.
Also make sure to check out Joachim's FMS/FCS migration guide that
explains red5 vs. fms serverside scripting: http://www.joachim-
bauch.de/tutorials/red5/MigrationGuide.txt
