At the start before a call to play, have to, as we are having data rate issues ! Im rolling out the VOD streamin again since the major issues with caching and large file memory allocations which ive yet to test work, but there is an obvious different between progressive download and streaming :\
When i toggle pause and resume there is no buffer time set.
