The only TVs are built on Red5. Other videos are streamed using our CDN upgraded to support FLV. We have implemented cache servers, which are placed at ISPs here - like UPC, CHELLO, CESNET (Academical Network) etc. So people in these networks have the best conditions to watch videos. I haven't made statistics for TV server yet, but its on TODO list. :)
