Ah.. it has been changed.. Search for this :
<bean id="BWControlService" class="org.red5.server.stream.SimpleBWControlService" init-method="init"> <property name="interval" value="100"/> <property name="defaultCapacity" value="104857600"/> <!-- 100MB --> </bean> <!-- Dummy bandwidth control that does nothing --> <!-- <bean id="BWControlService" class="org.red5.server.stream.DummyBWControlService"/> --> And remove comments around the <bean id="BWControlService" class="org.red5.server.stream.DummyBWControlService"/> And maybe remove the whole bean above. It seems it takes some cpu to check for bandwidth usage. On my server it worked fine at first, but after running a few hours it started to freeze until I restarted red5.
