Hi its in red5-core.xml it was kinda a question to everyone, i was 
reading java network tweaks and it says to send a max buffer out or 
something.

Hi that error is caused from a break append mode, it should have been 
fixed a while ago now as i dont get that anymore, id suggest to try out 
trunk sadly.
