Sure, that might work for some FLV files, but most FLV files that come 
out of Red5 contains Nelly Moser audio codec which is proprietary and I 
do not believe it is supported by any open-source utilities. The FLV you 
converted likely contained MP3 audio codec.

Is this true?

Does anyone know how to convert Nelly Moser audio codec to MP3?
