Hi Sorry Grant was a but blunt the other day. He had just spent quite a long time trying to find config info in the forums and tutorials and found it was quite limited. Anyway the issue we have is the server is installed and when we go into it via lynx locally the pages come up although obviously we cant try the samples (i have been able to telnet to the 1935 port only locally). The issue however is when we try to connect from a remote machine. The question I am getting to is are their any configuration changes need to be able to access from a remote client. The Host machine is Fedora core 4 iptables is disabled and when enabled the 5080 and 1935 port are open (we have tested both ways.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated as my boss is prepared to listen to us using this as a comm server replacement. regards graham and grant apologises you know how they are hot headed latin guys.
