In my infinite wisdom, I read a bit of the manual on Tortoise, and instead
chose the option aptly titled "SVN Update" and within a few minutes
checked out revision 1796 without a hitch to a local folder.

Next I suppose I'll have fun seeing what happens when I type "ant server".
