Before i haved startup times from 27 to 34 seconds, but now, i have just 7 seconds, in a 1.3Ghz athlon. Its easie to increase the startup time. Just delete all the applications in the webapps folder an let survive just the important ones, like oflaDemo and the ones that you use to use. Like i sayed before, deleting(i backuped first, of course) this i have an startup time 4 or 5 times lower. Try it.
