Hello All, I would like to thank all who participated in the testing of the Video Conference App today.
The Video Conference app used today has had very little modification from the original app. Lets see. Today we had 35 users on the Video Conference App. Only one time during our 2.5 hour conversation did I notice some delays in the audio and for a short while a kind of static noise. This is really a testament to the RED5 development team. Great going guys!! I don't think anyone was disconnected because of a slow connection. It sure was nice to talk to some you verbally through the audio portion whom I email in the RED5 mailing list and to see and talk to others via your webcam. I'd like to personally congratulate Thijs (Tice) on his trip to Miami, Florida to ask his girlfriend to marry him and wish he and his soon to be fiance much happiness. Again, my platform hosting RED5 is as follows: Win2k Tomcat 5.5 Java 1.6 Internet Connect 1 MB up and down. Let's plan on doing this again when I can add more video containers to the Video Conference But in the meantime if anyone wants to test and needs a place to test, let me know and I will make some arrangements to host your app so you can test. This way I think we can all benefit from each other and make continue to make RED5 an even better product. Thanks again.
