Plays a few frames, sticks for 3 seconds, plays a few frames sticks for 
3 seconds etc etc, exactly what we are experiencing broadcasting to a 
server in NY from australia.  Had audio then stopped, vid quality seems 
100% here. We have the video issue described the audio plays fine.
