AFAIK You can not view a PPT through flash. And i don't know about any app
to do that (and i've looked for one). The good news is that doing your own
isn't that hard. You only need:
http://www.artofsolving.com/opensource/jodconverter to convert any document
openoffice could read to pdf.
ghostcript to convert pdf to images
ffmpeg to convert images to flv (one image per frame, for example)
Those are easy to use from command line so you can write a batch/script file
and call it from whereever you need (a web app for example).
Hope that helps.

Dear Red5:
I would like to know if you can view PPT files (without converting
them
using Red5, FMS, etc... preferably Red5) in your flash application. If
not,
then can anyone tell me where to find a server app that I could use via a
PHP, ASP, ASP.NET, etc... script to automatically convert a PowerPoint
presentation to a SWF that I could then broadcast using my flash
application? Thank you for your time! Oh, and congratulations on Red5 0.6
FINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
