Dest: mp4
Requirement: intro and outro with watermark on entire video
OS: Redhat

1. ffmpeg - show.flv >> uncompressed avi = out.avi
2. avimerge - intro.avi + out.avi + outro.avi = merged.avi
3. ffmpeg - merged.avi + watermark.gif >> mp4 = podcast.mp4

et voila!
