We are trying to install Red5 onto our Win2003 Server. It has a previous version of Comm Server. We've installed J2RE. When we run the installer for Red5, we cannot get the Red5 service to show up in Services.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this problem. We've re-booted, uninstalled, re-installed, researched, watched tutorials, etc. and cannot figure out why the Red5 service will not get installed into Services following the setup. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Bill
