Thanks, not the response I was hoping for!  Hopefully somebody has figured
out a way to do this somewhere.  I'm not really sure what you are referring

If u want to get rtmps working you'll have to use stunnel or  
something similar,
you'll find a post in the jiira thingy, and at stunnel.org
red5 doens't support rtmps directly, you hav to make an rtmp over https
connection.
But so far no one has arrive to get it working, I myself could make  
flash
see my rtmps stuff but the connection was killed during the setup, so
you'll have to fight hard :-D
