I'm seeing both.  They're both somewhat choppy when movement starts into 
the frame.  They freeze and then recover in about a 1/2 second.  On the 
right side, buffer is averaging about 3.0 and FPS is averaging about 4 
fps.  Left side buffer is about 2.0 and fps can get as high as 15, but 
averages 6-10fps.
