I've asked this question a couple of times thus far, but haven't had
any luck. Third time's a charm ;).

I have Red5 running on OS/X 10.4.9. I've tried the
simpleRecorder.swf application, as well as a custom OpenLaszlo
application to record the user's microphone. Files are created with
appropriate names in the oflaDemo/streams directory, but they always
have zero size.

Since I have no idea as of yet where to start with Red5 to debug this
problem, I installed the Debian version on an Ubuntu (Breezy)
machine. The Ubuntu install does the same thing: files show up with
size 0. <sigh>. It seems that it shouldn't be this hard to record a
microphone through a webpage :).

Is there any guidance out there on what I can do about this?

Thanks
Aaron
