Hello, im a member of an ngo, which has big voluntary and benevolent work. This Ngo is spread over the whole world, but the solution which i want is mainly for europe and US. How much would the current costs are for a solution like spreed.com, but not commercial only for this ngo and his groups. probably 8-20 people in every country (Germany 20, Netherlands 6, USA 20). They can say today only group xy in us could use the videoconferencing and no other group if we can save money. Is it very performance-hungry? What are the current costs of such an solution.
And what are the costs if i want something like that (Videoconferencing, with ppt, pdf - presentations, like in spreed) developed by programmers? I know its a little bit impudent to say, i want somehting like spreed. But the Thoughts are: if the whole NGO gets his own server for this and the developing is done for all groups of this ngo it will be much cheaper, if every group is buying herself packages by spreed.com and they are not flexible enough. We dont want to make business!!!!! Its all for this ngo and to make the voluntary work more efficient and with less trips(which costs our active members their own money) I would be very pleased, if someone could write his thoughts about the costs and the opportunities of such an solution.
