Hi Dominick, what version of the Flash Player are you using? Does it also crash with the standalone player? Are you using the latest version of Red5? Versions prior to 0.6 didn't timeout when a client tried to connect to the rtmpt port that wasn't enabled, causing the port tester app to crash after a while. Red5 now times out after 5 seconds and this should prevent the app from crashing.
