I created this to show interested parties that they can "tweak" the JVM. I
have not done any hardcore performance tests, I assume this startup will see
better results. Lastly, the parameters can be easily transfered to a shell
script as they are not windows specific.

I've tweeked the memory allocations on our deployment and had good
success, but never did anything with the Garbage Collection.  Just
wondering if this config has been tested much?
