Steve, You can definitely use Skype for the call. We do it all the time.
I would love to participate on the first call, but I'm going to be consulting with a client at the time you proposed. Could we perhaps schedule the call for Wednesday instead. Earlier than 1PM would be better for Steven as well, because that's 4AM for him. I would suggest 11AM or 12 PM Pacific.
