Hello I've installed the standalone Red5 on Debian and also the War in Tomcat, can anyone shed some light on pro and cons for the two solutions? What if i want to add and application in the webapps in the War, do I need to compile and deploy the whole War every time or as the War gets unpacked in the Tomcat's webapp directory I can simply add it there and restart the Tomcat or how do I restart the Red5 serverlet within Tomcat without restarting the whole Tomcat thing? Is it better to have Red5 as a servlet in case of using the Apache as a redirecting/url rewrite/load balancer while integrating it with Tomcat?
