Hi Thomas, i have experienced disconnections on high cpu load. the ping answer is not sent right in time. configureable at red5-core.xml -> rtmpMinaConnection. on high latency the video stream (not live) gets sticky. again: i am assuming the the clients get disconnected cause there are not answering right in time!. in my opinion it could be latency or cpu load!.
