we had the same problem before some weeks ago, it seems that vcs from 
onlinelib.de,
www.onlinelib.de is the only software that can do stereo live streaming 
over rtmp and real
http. we bought the developer version for 99 euros + 249,-- euros for 
the installing service
(includes 14 day free email support).
 
the application works well, no java or other libs needed. we run it 
under debian 4.0.
but the live broadcaster can only do "one way" streaming, means 1 live 
source to
many clients, not client to server then to clients (dont know the 
excatly word for
this technique).

maybe that is interesting for you. please let me know if you find 
another free solution
for live stereo audio streaming.
