I have exactly the same problem. I've tried similar code that Antti has below:
SimplePlayItem sourcePlayitem = new SimplePlayItem();
sourcePlayitem.setName(sourceLiveStream);
sourcePlayitem.setStart(-1);
serverStream = StreamUtils.createServerStream(getScope(),
newStreamName);
serverStream.addItem(sourcePlayitem);
serverStream.setItem(0);
serverStream.setRewind(true);
serverStream.start();
Is that the correct approach for publishing a Webcam stream under a
different name?
