It can be done by using external tools, like SplitCam. However, this is
supposed to be a sort of TV channel in a webcam chat. Since my bandwidth
here isn't the greatest I want it to run from the server and it seems
pointless to have the server encode a fake source, if I can just slap
the files onto the server.
I realize that this can probably be done easily within the server side
of the app, but I am completely java impaired and this would require me
to mirror the chat applet functionality for that user into the server
app. It took me a day just to modify a few minor functions from the
conference demo. ;)
