Today, I got as far as getting the scope tree shared in Terracotta.  There's
still more to do to get a second Red5 instance to come up (it's mostly just
solving some initialization issues).  Tim Eck and I will probably hack on it
together some more tomorrow.

Assuming it works tomorrow, I'll post the Terracotta configuration and
instructions on how to get it running.

Steven, is there anything we can do to help your effort?  In any case, maybe
we can have another conference call in the next few days to chat about our
progress and what still needs to be done.
