Place the xml files in a webapp. Place the untarred org folder into your
src directory. Extend your application adaptor with
LogApplicationAdapter. If you use log4j.properties you might need to
modify it with the log4j.xml configs or change the setting in web.xml to
load log4.xml instead. The logger is the name of the application or the
application instance which then loads the file appender of your choice.
The one im using is the new rolling file appender available in log4j
alpha 3 because of the naming convention it allows you to do shown in
the config.

VODStatistics is the class being called from the setup bean which is
started in the extended LogApplicationAdapter, which does the actual
adding of data to the log. This is where some things may need work to
get the right info. I'm not really sure yet if you can get the
subscribed file to add to the log that would be nice. I'm not even sure
without some having to get the bytesent to return properly when the
stream closes, i think its still broken.

The bulk of the major work was done to add the custom log factory,
logger, layout and level which adds custom functions specific to flash
streaming to model the log events / categories in FMS which can be set
to thresholds. I think the level of these could do with some work, so
you can set which events , categories , levels to be logged.
