If you're testing red5's videoconference fitcDemo simply append /roomName to the URI string before clicking on connect button, it makes the NetConnection object to connect to that room. That's enough to have simultaneous chat rooms, if you need any further room managment in your app have a look at roomXXXX methods in Red5's API.
