Audio has a good ratio at bandwith/quality at 11khz specialy on speechs

Thats the dropped frames mechanism. Older versions had a problem, might
want to get the latest svn or release I guess ? Try and change the video
size to 192x144, video quality to 95 , buffer rate to 2-5, audio rate at
the lowest possible. Then work your way back up from then. Bandwidth
problem would cause a rebuffer on the clients correct ?
