you'll have to recompile videoconference.fla to a new swf for this to work.
About the "appear/dissapear" thingy: it's something related to the
"doubleCheckTime" interval function i guess. Anyway it was easier for me to
write down a new app than fixing John's.

Commented lines were in broadcaster.js, but its still not working for me.
One more problem i m facing, When a user is without webcam and he/she logs
in. It just appears in the video pool for a sec and then disappears.
