Red5 and Terracotta don't currently work together, although we're working
that out right now.  Steven Gong and I are going to work out the details
this week (hopefully).

Once the integration is ironed out, I  don't see any reason why you couldn't
deploy a Red5 cluster on EC2.    That would be really cool.
