Thanks - I've made some headway and it looks like tunnels are establishing.
I'm not getting any sessions come up though - still, it's progress!

here we've been using our SE600s as LNS while collecting L2TP over L3VPNs since 
2011 (we were using 6.4 at this time ; we are currently using 12.1, with 
PPA3/XCRP4).
