Well, just when it looked like we were going to make Arsenal sweat a bit we go and shoot ourselves in the foot.
First half City didn`t have a sniff. We should have been well ahead and should have had a penalty and go in at half-time 1-0 up through Ruud. Second half City showed some fight, we became sloppy, wasted two gilt-edged chances, had 2 more blatant penaties denied us then saw the Berties punish us with the inevitable but painfully late equalizer. A fair result in the end but one that could be very costly. Anything less than an Arsenal defeat at Newcastle today and I think we`ll end up relying on other teams to do us a favour. Sad but true I`ll get me coat!
