RED-DEVILS LIST RULES 1.) Your account maintenance is up to you to handle, we will unsubscribe accounts that bounce frequently. If you've forgotten your password, you can request there to be sent a new one. You should use this feature to Unsubscribe, set yourself to Digest, Normal (Individual posts) or No Mail modes, etc., as well as check out the members only List Archives and File Archives. This is a powerful tool, so use it folks! It's great fun. I strongly recommend setting yourself to No Mail when traveling as then you can still access list news on the web from any browser and you don't need to be approved to re-subscribe. 2.) Editing is mandatory. Members who frequently post back whole messages, including signatures and ads and, Eric forbid, whole digests, will have their posting rights moderated and Keep in mind that no-one wants to read the same article again and again (particularly not those who receive the digest) and some even pay for download time, so it's just plain rude to not edit. Things that should be edited are: a) Headers b) Signatures c) Ads d) Parts of messages not directly being answered by your post c) Excessive blank lines 3.) No flaming of list members, on list or privately. All flames should be forwarded to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (which will automatically be sent to the list administrators). Repeat flaming of list members will result in a short or long term ban from the list, moderation of your posts, or permanent unsubscription. 4.) No touting of tickets on list. Tickets may be offered for face value or less. We're a Red family and we don't take advantage of each other. 5.) Please refrain from use of racist or sexist terms or phrases. Mis-use of these will result in a ban or unsubscription. 6.) Please refrain from us of 'colourful' language, or at least try and cover it. (the wanton use of *'s is ok:) 7.) Reposting or publishing other list members articles on any other forum (apart from on the Red Devils list in replies) without the expressed permission of the author is forbidden. It will result in a ban or unsubscription and would be up to the author to decide if litigation would be needed. It's that serious. 8.) Please put copyright notices at the bottom of your posts stating whether or not it's alright for other members to quote your words in other forums.
