Sir Alex Ferguson has denied Manchester United have made any agreement with Chelsea over the 15million transfer of Juan Sebastian Veron.
The Argentinian was again out training with his team-mates at Philadelphia's impressive Lincoln Financial Field. And, while Veron's agent Fernando Hildago has repeated claims that United have left a decision over his client's future to the man himself, Ferguson continued to reject any report his 28.1million capture from Lazio would be leaving. "There is no decision to be made because there is no agreement," said the United chief. "I want him to stay because he is a great player and that is the way it stays. "He hasn't said anything to me because there is nothing to say." Ferguson also confirmed there were no talks on-going about new faces moving to Old Trafford, even though he has been linked with possible moves for Patrick Vieira and Kieron Dyer should Veron eventually depart. "We have taken a break," he said. "There is absolutely nothing happening at the moment." ________________________________________________________________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends? Get the FREE Yahoo!
