A last-minute health scare has forced football legend George Best to cancel a book-signing session in Glasgow.
The former Manchester United great was due to sign copies of his autobiography but was told he was not well enough to make the 500-mile journey from his home in Surrey. The scare follows recent revelations that Best was going on booze benders again, despite having had a life-saving liver transplant. His wife Alex stormed out following the discovery and the famous footballer was also forced to deny reports that he had an affair. However, Best's agent Phil Hughes said the cancellation was nothing serious. "He should be up on his feet in a day or two," he said. ________________________________________________________________________ Want to chat instantly with your online friends? Get the FREE Yahoo!
