We have a list of articles. => 2 templates "lst_articles" and "con_article_standard". i.e. each item of the list is based on the template from the "con_article_standard" content class.
We copy the list AND all following pages. Three things: 1. We wish to find a quick way to change the headlines of all items of the list; removing the added "Copy of " prefix. (grrrr) 2. We wish to replace the content class of all items of >>>this<<< list. So all items based on the template of "con_article_standard" should now be based on "con_article_special", BUT only the items in >>>this<<< list. 3. We wish for the copied item to (at least) have the same filename as the original items, even better that the filename be a function of original filename (eg. lower case with underscores replaced by dashes), OR EVEN BETTER that the filename of the copied item be a function of the headline (eg to lower case, spaces replaced by dashes, certain characters replaced etc). Is there some RQL solution to achieve what we wish? Or even better some non-RQL solution. Some so-called "plug-in" for example. ??? Thanks in advance for any info / help / advice / opinion. PS - Very out of fashion I know, but we're using CMS 6.5 if that effects any potential solutions. But if there are solutions specific to 7.5 for example please also let me know about these. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RedDot CMS Users" group.
