Unfortunately, I was told by RedDot support that SmartTree is the only place to add a sitemap name.
You could alternatively use RQL to assign the sitemap name. That should be a fairly easy script to write. If you need help with RQL, there is some documentation on the RedDot community website (www.reddotcommunity.com).
