Hmmm... It's kinda tough to determine without seeing it. Are your
publication packages linked to the navigation list? In our project, we
have all the publication packages linked to anchors and lists that are
not navigation based. Try to create an anchor on the page, link it to
product.aspx, and then apply the publication package on the anchor and
publish.
