Hi,

There's a few items that you need to use depending on your site setup.
1. Edit your project variant and select "Clean up live server"
2. Use a linking/appearance schedule for your page(s)
3. Either manually republish the affected page(s)/site
or for it to be relatively automated, create a publishing job (e.g.
nightly) to do a page/site publish as appropriate.

That said, the RedDot process for determining if a page should be
"cleaned up" is complex, so various scenarios may mean that the page
isn't always physically deleted from the publishing target.
However, if you've used the linking/appearance schedules and
republished the relevant areas - then the page wont be locatable by
just browsing the site - only if someone knows the direct URL to the
redundant page.

Paul.
