Well, the short answer is that SQL Server does not make a big difference as
RedDot never changes it DB schema. I will give it a shot myself this
weekend.

But I can see problems with IIS. The RedDot default installer will
definitely not handle IIS higher than 6 well.

And not to mention LiveServer on Windows, the way LiveServer installer
installs Tomcat 5.5 on Windows -- particularly the way the installer
butchers tomcat5w.exe just makes me wonder if the this vendor -- RedDot or
OpenText -- actually has a clue or not as to how to serve their customer's
interest best ....
