Hi Amber,
I ran into a similar CSS issue. What I discover is if you use
@import, SmartEdit will not import the CSS.
will not work
<style type="text/css" media="screen">
@import url(/styles/global.css);
</style>
will work
<link rel="stylesheet" href="/styles/global.css" type="text/css" />
